Couldn't be happier with our experience working with Jack, Mike and Andy. These guys know their stuff, care about their customers and truly go above and beyond--even during the middle of a global pandemic. We went to the showroom to work with Jack who patiently showed us the endless options they had and allowed us to take home samples to sleep on this big decision. Mike came out to our home to measure, brought with him a wealth of knowledge and told us we would hear from him in three weeks. Three weeks later--we did! He sent out Andy a week later to install our shades. He was absolutely AWESOME. Kind, hard working, detailed and careful-- a joy to have working in our home during this tricky time in our world. Best of all the final product is more than we imagined. Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

We've had an entire house shaded up by Custom Blind & Carpet. The unique Hunter Douglas window coverings that Custom offers are the most beautiful and effective money can buy. The latest project was covering two kitchen skylights that were open invitations to the strong LA sun. Purchased Lite filtering, motorized shades that effectively reduce sun and the heat that was driving up the daytime temps in the kitchen and dining room areas. The measuring was simple and professional, the installation fast and done to perfection. HIGHLY recommend this business to help with any shade projects. I love the three different types of shades Custom has done at my house.

Ah! I never wrote a review on them? Crazy me. While being stuck at home with wanting to change my flooring I remembered they do floors too!!! So here I am again to call them but never wrote my review on our perfect blinds and shutters from 10 months ago when we moved in to our home. John and his team were professional from start to finish, I went to the showroom to check out the options they were very helpful and patient with this indecisive customer (me)! They work with your budget and service is excellent. Everything in a timely manner and emailed/called us promptly. Installation was flawless and I never called for any issue bc our shutters and blinds have been great!

We a new home in the area, and our Hunter-Douglas blinds were damaged in the move. We have no idea who installed them or where to go. After getting no assistance from a few vendors in the area (only interested in new sales), we contacted Custom Blind & Carpet. Not only did they have the part we needed, but Mike (I think) also gave us new brackets and didn't charge us for anything. He said he was just happy he could help. We will soon be replacing some of the window coverings in our new home, and now I know exactly who my first choice is for giving us a bid.

I went though Custom Blind and Carpet for 2 of my homes and I have to say I was beyond happy with the customer service Mike provided. He was beyond patient, sent me samples I wanted to look at immediately and was interactive through the whole process. Definitely going back in the future and sending my friends and family over.

This review is long overdue. They installed beautiful Hunter Douglas shades throughout my house about 5 years ago and were very fast and easy to work with. Even when there was a problem with the size of some of the blinds they were extremely gracious and had everything fixed to my expectations without a problem. Today we broke a piece of one of the blinds and Jack went out of his way to help me get this piece so I could have it fixed by Easter tomorrow. I'm so grateful they are still in business. The showroom is in a mini mall on Ventura so parking is easy.

We had a small issue with our blinds. Even though we didn't have a full project with them, Custom Blinds were very willing and helpful in addressing the issue. Professional and easy to work with - Will certainly come back for future projects!

Leon was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had Hunter Douglas honey comb shades installed in the bedrooms and the very beautiful Luminette and Silhouette series installed everywhere else. The entire process was seamless and straightforward and I couldn't be happier with the timeless elegant look. The quality is bar none and so is the service Leon provides! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Have used this business for over 15 years. They are excellent. Have quality products and excellent service.Come to your house, measure for blinds and do the installation as promised. If you have a problem orneed repairs, you can call them and they are very responsive. We Have always dealt with Mike who is very helpful.

I had blinds installed about four years ago--sturdy, gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. When one of the brackets for the tension cord broke, I called up the store and they said to come on in and they'd give me a replacement, no issue! These folks are the best--professional, kind, and great at what they do. Highly recommend based on their long-term customer care and service.

Mike and Jack came to my home on time, and delivered and installed beautiful blinds AGAIN. Last time was 7 years ago before I was YELPing. :)Once before that in my previous home.Great value, and service. They wore masks, took off their shoes, and installed from box to my window in 15 minutes. I've attached some pictures. I would not call anyone else, I've been using their services for 15 years!You should too.

Just wanted to write an update to say how continually impressed I am with this company and the brands they work with. We had excellent Hunter Douglas motorized shades installed in November. We love them--the look, quality and functionality are excellent. However, there have been a couple issues with one of the shades fraying twice. I've contacted Jack and Mike at Custom Blind & Carpet with photos of the shade and both times they have promptly replied, apologized and gotten a replacement. They stand by their product and commitment to their customers. I am thrilled we chose them for this big purchase for our home!

Loved the professionalism this company provides. I am beyond thankful for Shant. He came out the same day I called him and immediately began his work. We received our estimate the next business day! That's super fast! Fair prices as well!!! He was very honest didn't try to upsell needless to say he got us as customers! Thank for your guidance and patience with us newbies! The best! Great selection, friendly and helpful employees. They answered all of my questions, went out of their way to work with my limited budget and carpet knowledge (I'm hopeless with home design) and they were so professional and rad!!!

Great customer service and quality products and installation. We purchased carpet, vinyl plank, and window treatments. Everything couldn't have gone smoother even given COVID with heightened safety standards and longer than usual shipping times. While our home looks beautiful, we especially thank John and his team for their quick and trusted responses. We felt very taken care of and couldn't be happier with how things turned out.

Mike is the best! We replaced numerous large rooms with carpets- some very high end, others more affordable/ durable. He was always very communicative, extremely helpful, easy to work with, etc. He went out of his way to accommodate with creative ideas on what to do with extra carpet purchased because of a large repeat. I wish I had gone to him sooner as I used a competitor in the area months prior and Mike at Custom Blind and carpet was far superior. Our home has been upgraded significantly now. Thanks, Mike!
